Shipping:
We normally ship your product as soon as your payment is verified to our account. You will be sent an email letting you know your item has been sent.
If you require courier delivery we will always ask your preferred courier.
Once an item has been shipped we are completely in the hands of the postal/courier services. Allow 5 to 10 days for delivery as we cannot guarantee that post will always be perfect. Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer and should be added to your notes at the checkout. If there is no insurance request, items over $100 will be sent registered mail. We recommend that for cost saving courier service, the best we have found is EMS, which we will use unless you have other preferences. Shipping by courier will be charged separately at that Couriers rate.
Returns:
We have a returns policy that allows you to return any of our products within seven days of receipt if the item is faulty or broken. All items are sent securely packed in bubble wrap and breakages are rare but not absolutely unheard of.
